We’re happy to share that the lanai (balcony) for this unit is now open and ready for you to enjoy ocean breezes and island vibes. Please note that the building is continuing construction work in other areas (primarily on the mountain side). From time to time, you may hear construction noise — including jackhammering — Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The work does not occur in the evenings or on weekends, and while noise is not constant, it may be noticeable during parts of the day. This spacious condo was thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment of downtown Waikiki living. Guests will enjoy a large master bedroom with California King bed, built in desk space, adjoining full bathroom, large kitchen with cooking essentials, and seating for 4 at the dining table, comfortable seating area with queen size memory foam sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV, cable and high speed internet. This condo includes everything needed for a home away from home. Beach gear is included with beach towel, snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. Perfect for a short walk to Hilton Lagoon across the street, or Ala Moana Beach park. Lots of great, local food nearby with the iconic Chart House located in the building. Short walking distance to Waikiki beach, or stroll down the to the famous shopping strip!

- Quiet hours 10pm-8am. - No smoking of any kinds (including vapes). - The building is undergoing exterior improvements in other units. Occasional construction noise (including jackhammering) may be heard Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. No work takes place in the evenings or on weekends. - Travel insurance is recommended in the event of unexpected trip interruptions.

There is an attached garage with in and out privileges to come and go as needed for $33/day (subject to change per Elite Parking). Ramp accessible parking can be found on floors 6 and 7 of the parking garage. Free street parking is also available, but please carefully read all street signs.
