Good to know

We’re happy to share that the lanai (balcony) for this unit is now open and ready for you to enjoy ocean breezes and island vibes. Please note that the building is continuing construction work in other areas (primarily on the mountain side). From time to time, you may hear construction noise — including jackhammering — Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The work does not occur in the evenings or on weekends, and while noise is not constant, it may be noticeable during parts of the day. This spacious condo was thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment of downtown Waikiki living. Guests will enjoy a large master bedroom with California King bed, built in desk space, adjoining full bathroom, large kitchen with cooking essentials, and seating for 4 at the dining table, comfortable seating area with a full size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV, cable and high speed internet. This condo includes everything needed for a home away from home. Beach gear is included with beach towel, snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. Perfect for a short walk to Hilton Lagoon across the street, or Ala Moana Beach park. There is an attached parking garage with current rates of $33/24 hour pass with in and out privileges for convenience (rates subject to change). Lots of great, local food nearby with the iconic Chart House located in the building, and Harbor Pub down below. Short walking distance to Waikiki beach, or stroll down the to the famous shopping strip!

House Rules

- Quiet hours 10pm-8am. - No smoking of any kinds (including vapes). - The building is undergoing exterior improvements in other units. Occasional construction noise (including jackhammering) may be heard Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. No work takes place in the evenings or on weekends. - Travel insurance is recommended in the event of unexpected trip interruptions.

There is an attached parking garage with current rates of $35/24 hour pass with in and out privileges for convenience (rates subject to change), parking along the marina for $1/hour, or limited free parking along the Ala Wai canal.

My family and I had a wonderful stay during Christmas at Katie’s place! The location is so convenient yet private and feeling peaceful at the same time. The stores we went frequently were all around the corner and the mall is also in walking distance with great views on the way. The apartment is so cozy for a family of three. My parents kept saying pretty much every day that this feels just like at home! Katie is so friendly and welcoming and helpful. There are several paid secure parking spaces next to the apartment. I will definitely consider come back in the future if i visit honolulu again!

We loved our stay at Katie's place. The apartment was just as described, Waikiki is within walking distance and parking right in the building made our stay super comfortable. The view over the harbour was great as well.

Thank you so much Katie for the stay! The condo was immaculate and clean, the welcome gifts were a wonderful surprise and my toddler loved the macadamia nuts. All the beach essentials were available in the closet, 2 sets of snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, a floatie, boogie board… a wagon! Cooking essentials were there as well! The only thing missing was an umbrella and Katie was so kind to bring us one, which we utilized at the beach and during the light, brisk rain afterwards on the walk back! It would be an awesome place for extended stays as the whole apt was furnished. The walk to the beach was only about 7-10 minutes with a toddler in tow and the parking garage was convenient and pleasantly had a lot of parking spaces. There is a shared laundry room on the 7th floor of the building and payment was easy. We would totally stay again at Katie’s condo the next time we are in Oahu.

Katie was a wonderful host with an absolutely amazing place. She was very responsive and kind. The condo was in a great location and it was a short walk to top spots in Waikiki. She paid attention to detail providing everything you would need for your stay including many beach accessories. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again.

The place is very nice and the balcony view is amazing in the morning. Feels like home. The kitchen has a bunch of great equipments for cooking. What we appreciate the most are the beach supplies , the chairs , adult floaties, a cooler and bunch of beach towels, super thankful for that. Katie is very responsive and very kind. I love her flexibility with our requests. Overall highly recommend! We parked right across the beach and pay the meter parking I believe it only lets you park there for 12 hours then you’ll have to do another one after that. It’s a dollar an hour, it worked for us. Thank you very much again Katie!
